Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

This has caused a great deal of difficulty and it remains unclear (May 23) what additional charges there will be for EU customers. You may have unexpected charges made for VAT, customs charges or extra handling charges.
However, if there is something you really wish to purchase, and accept there may be further charges at customs, then please email me.

I want you to be completely happy with the purchase of your painting.
If the painting is not as you expected, although every effort is made to ensure that they are photographed accurately, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
I am unable to offer returns on overseas purchases.
Please explain what an “original” print is?
My linoprints and drypoint engravings are all original, limited edition prints, each is made by hand and unique. Each one varies slightly according to the pressure when printed and the amount of ink on the surface. You can find out more about the process here.
Do you accept commissions?
I am currently not accepting commissions.
Do you use environmentally friendly packaging?
Environmentally friendly packaging is very important to me. I use Priory Direct and Eco packaging. I use recycled and reused packaging where possible in my orders. The only element that is not recyclable are the protective cellophane envelopes for prints, though these will soon be replaced by compostable ones.
Do you offer a certificate of authenticity on paintings?
Yes, please request this when placing an order.
